, Being a nice person, she just smiled. she wasn't going to be a bitch and just ignore him, but if he was going to try to pick her up, that.. that would be problematic. and that's just the nice way of putting it. "no, sorry, i'm actually busy tonight. oh, and um, yeah.. i'm already kind of taken, sorry.." he looked a bit disappointed, but he'd probably found out sooner or later she wasn't interested for a very good reason. especially since one of her past students was working with him at the time. she glanced up to notice the boy almost laughing as the rejectee walked towards him. yeah, he was just about to find out. ashley smiled to herself and continued to mark papers. on a sticky note beside her she wrote 'no more coffee!' and underlined it a couple of times. her writing was kind of messy, but she could read it and that was what she was using it for. a personal note to probably save her from future problems that would occur if she had, in fact, continued to drink the coffee. they must've put a lot of caffeine in the last one because she was practically bouncing out of her seat at the moment. her fingers felt like they needed to continue moving and so did her legs. but apparently, not her brain. no, her brain was being stubborn and decided against working that sunny saturday.
, She wasn't about to jump up and start dancing, but she was pretty tempted to. too bad she didn't have her ipod on her. she could go to the bathroom and get all the hyperness out of her system. okay, not like that, but by jumping around without anyone seeing her act like a fool. imagine that, a full grown woman acting like an immature little child. well, lots of her friends got over the fact that she hadn't quite matured yet, unlike the rest of them. at least she didn't tell fart jokes or say 'that's what she said' every other minute. she was just a bit hyperactive, especially when she had caffeine. now she was craving a single person to talk to. and, no, she wasn't about to go up to the nice boy that had asked her out. nope, she'd just have to stay there and continue marking. or maybe just go home. but there was nobody there except freddie, her cute little husky. he was entertainment, but at 12 PM on a saturday, he'd be napping and not in the mood to run around the backyard and play.
