Viviana had another fight with her father this morning. She could never have her life to herself at times. Now and days, her and her father fought more which scared her sibling some. Her brother wis 16, of course they were scared if her and her father were fighting. It was rather unusual of course. Ever since her mother died, her father had gone crazier and crazier from the passing years. It seemed like Viviana was about to put him into a Asylum soon if he didn't get his act together. Viviana was legal now, meaning she was an adult, she was nineteen for gods sake and yet her father treats her like some child. She is not a child, she is an adult. Her father couldn't seem to accept it.
Her mother died when she was 6 years old, her brother was three. The rumors of her mother and her murderer were never ending. The rumors went down as her mother cheated on her father with another man, of course they didn't know the real story. This was truly an insane and addicted man that wanted Viviana and her mother. The man believe Viviana was his daughter and that her mother should be with him. He had gotten crazy that night, he had a gun of course and Viviana was sleeping in her bed while these events went on.
When she heard a noise she woke up and of course saw the man, he came towards her, her mother jumped and well his finger slipped and got killed right before Viviana's eyes. Of course, the police had made it right on time to get him after her mother was dead. Viviana knew she saw her mother died, it was a horrible experience but she learned how to deal with it in time. She became what her mother couldn't do, Viviana learned to be the mother for her sibling and thats what she had been doing ever since then. She learned how to take care of her family and thats all she had been doing.
Sometimes when she wanted to get away, she would get the guitar and just start playing her hearts desired. It helped her ease herself when she was angry and it always helped her. Her art was also something she did when she wanted to relax. She liked relaxing, she like to feel the serenity inside of her. She looked up and closer her eyes and just let the music take her away. That's all she wanted to do, was to get away from everything and everyone. She hated fighting with her father, he was starting to get violent, throwing things and such. Luckily, he hadn't hit her yet but it was only a matter of time before he hit her by accident if he threw something.
She loved painting though, it was something she loved to death. She started with art when she was 6, it helped her deal with her mother's death, even writing some poems when she was a little more older helped her. But she felt like she was alone for now, she had no one to talk to about this thing, she liked to avoid it so she wouldn't cry. That was one thing you couldn't make Viviana do. She would never cry and if she did, then it would be really really bad. She had a strong character, she was brave and she knew how to stick up and be independent.
She was laying on the bench, merely relaxing by the pool area. She had a drawing notebook in her hands with a pencil in one hand as she drew the pool. It was empty at the moment, it looked like it was going to rain today but that didn't stop Viviana from coming here, she liked to look at the pool, even swim in it. But right now she was just drawing, relaxing. She just hoped nothing wrong would happen...

A mile or so down the road from the pool, three boys all in their twenty-somethings staggered down the warm asphalt, shouting somewhat loud and off-key lyrics of a song one of them happened to mention that they all knew by heart. One boy of the group sang particularly loud. He was slowly coasting along the yellow line in the middle of the road on a very beaten skateboard. His bleach blonde hair was shoved under a hat with an up-turned brim and his green eyes hidden under ridiculous checkered shades. But that was Johnny Voorhees for ya. The boy put his whole heart into everything he ever did, even if it was the most retarded decision ever made by any being on Earth, and he was going to look damn good doing it.
"Hey Voorhees," One of the other boys nudged him with his shoulder. Johnny, still coasting by all of his friends, content that he had finished the song looked over his shades at his friend, "Huh?" His eyes were slightly bloodshot from the vicodin he had just snorted three minutes ago. At this time, the boys were fairly close to the pool.
"I dare you to skate naked into the town pool."
Now, there lay Johnny's one true downfall. He was a complete jackass. A large, cat-like grin formed on his face, "Okay, ten bucks." Johnny could hear the rather feminine giggles coming from the other boys as he began to strip until the only thing left were his boxers. Without further hesitation, Johnny pulled them down and held them tightly in his clenched fist. It was a bit cooler now that he was nude. He hoped the water was at least warm.
"I'm keeping these with me." He eyed the other boys as he removed his hat and placed the boxers in it's place. With a thumbs up, he was set for launch, and with a rough push off of the asphalt with a bare foot, Johnny was cruising past residences in his birthday suit.
Now just feet from the pool, Johnny could see a single female figure sitting on a bench, contently drawing away. He could feel himself blush slightly as he lost control and his wheel hit an uneven piece of pavement. He fell into the water, making quite a large splash. With a fit of panic and giggles, Johnny emerged, boxers afloat beside him. He looked around for his board, when he noticed the female again. He knew her from some of his college classes, but never spoke to her before, "Err, Hi there!" Embarrassed, Johnny grabbed up his shorts and pulled them on under the water giving the girl a small wave.

She kept on drawing the pool, merely had nothing else to do. There wasn't many people there and it wasn't bugging her at all. She liked the quiet and she didn't mind the people either. She got along with many people, she talked to lots of people actually, she didn't have many friends but she got along with people pretty damn well and she talked to many people she never met. She thought it was interesting to meet knew people and see how they were and how there life was. She loved talking to people and getting to know them, she thought it was cool to see how different people were inside and out. She talked to lots of people everyday because not only she had a job but she went to college as well. She looked up at the pool and then looked up in the sky and noticed how dark the sky was. She frowned a bit and she sighed while shaking her head a bit. She hated thunder at times.
Her mother was killed on a cloudy night like this one. It sort of scared her at times, like really big lights and loud thunder scared her at times. She remembered once that she got so scared because lightening had hit a tree near her house, she had never been that scared before, but she knew she had a really good reason to be that scared that one time. It was pretty close to her house and she really didn't like loud noises, it got her nervous at times. She really did hate it. She looked down at her drawing until she noticed someone skating boarding, her eyes widen a bit as she realized he was naked. She wondered if it was a dare or something, she found it a bold move to do, she didn't know if she herself would do it. She didn't think she could bring herself to do it. She watched him as he crashed into the pool and it brought a small smile to her face as she saw him say hi to her.
"forgetting something important?" she asked with a grin and she laughed a bit, but she was only kidding around of course. She was the kind of girl that love to joke around and have fun. She was a smart girl and she liked to have fun when she had too. Even though she didn't have too many close friends, she still had friends. But she liked to kid around sometimes, she thought it was pretty funny though, it was suppose to be awkward but she found it to be quite funny. She was smiling as she looked at him. She then placed her book in her bag and she made her way to towards where he was at and she offer him her hand to help him out of the pool.[/blockquote]

Johnny's face turned a slightly darker red when he noticed the girl coming towards him. He awkwardly swam to meet her at the edge, "I'd forget my head if it wasn't attached." What a horribly dumb thing to say. He laughed off the tension and slowly reached up to grab her hand. For a second he thought he would pull her in, but he didn't want to give her the wrong impression.
Using her help as only a small support, Johnny pulled himself out of the water. He shook his whole body, like a dog would and held his hand out to her this time, "I'm Johnny. I think we go to the same college." Luckily enough, a kid ran by at that very moment and carelessly tossed his towel aside as he prepared himself to follow Johnny's obvious bad example. Bending at the knees slightly, Johnny picked the towel up, and made an attempt to dry himself off.
Picking up an old Southern Bell accent Johnny smiled, "Ah must look eh sight!" But his fun was cut short as he began to notice the thunder. Frowning a bit he adverted his gaze, not purposely, from his new acquaintance. He was in luck! His bone-headed friends had bailed, but they were nice enough to leave his clothes in the bushes near the pool. "Excuse me one moment." Johnny smiled once more and bowed as he walked, still dripping wet to his clothes. Grabbing them up in his arms, Johnny stepped behind the bushes, turned his back on the pool area, and pulled on his pants. He stuck his shirt in the back pocket of his pants, and slid his dirty, damp feet in his socks and shoes.
His smile was fresh as he walked back to his spot by the pool, feeling slightly more comfortable meeting someone new with clothes on. At least, this time. He picked up his board too, a relieved sigh escaping from his lips, it wasn't hurt in the least bit.
